**Who is the Jaycar Electronics Group**

We are an Australian and New Zealand privately owned company with two national retail businesses, Jaycar Electronics and Road Tech Marine, with over 150 stores and 1,000 employees in Australia and NZ. We have been established for over 40 years and continue to grow.

Ever expanding, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our team to assist with a multitude of marketing tasks and functions.

**The Role**

We have an exciting new role for a Marketing Coordinator in our growing Marketing - Strategy & Community team to drive the development, execution and delivery of the Jaycar Electronics Group’s loyalty and community engagement strategies.

Are you self-motivated and highly organised with skills and education in marketing communications? In this dynamic role, you will promote brand and product awareness, grow and retain loyalty and engage with the community daily.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute and report on membership campaigns and educational workshops across the retail brands.
- Coordinate the promotions calendar and deliver campaigns on time
- Coordinate and deliver community sponsorships within budget across The Group with internal stakeholders or store teams, engage with community members and track funding
- Gather content and write engaging community articles in the correct tone of voice for each retail brand’s In The Community blog page
- Coordinate article release dates and social posts with internal stakeholders on the social calendar
- Support CRM data handling and ticket resolution tasks from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Two years of experience in marketing communications/campaign management (Experience in either retail, electronics, outdoor or adventure products a bonus)
- Competent in project management: campaign planning, development, execution, delivery, and reporting
- Experience with loyalty/rewards programs
- CRM platforms experience a bonus
- Experience writing articles, blogs or press releases
- Experience working with big data sets and reporting tools, Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
