The Portfolio Strategy Development Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's strategic direction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development, analysis, and execution of portfolio strategies that align with business goals and market trends. The insights provided by the Portfolio Strategy Development Analyst will guide decision-making processes, drive operational excellence, and enhance our client's competitive position in the energy market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive analysis of energy market trends, customer demands, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate existing asset portfolios, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Developing and executing financial models to assess potential investment opportunities and evaluate their alignment with company objectives.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decisions on strategic initiatives and investments.
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of existing assets and projects, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Preparing and presenting insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards that effectively communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in strategic analysis, portfolio optimization, or business development within the energy industry.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis platforms.
