The Get Set for Work Program is a State Government initiative that aims to provide skills to high school aged youth to enable them to successfully transition to further education or employment.

**Your New Role**

You will research, plan implement and evaluate programs and activities that promote and increase participation of young people and meet the needs of the Queensland Governments - Skilling Queenslanders for Work - Get Set For Work initiative. The role will work towards the Association’s mission of improving communities through youth development.

**About You**
- Minimum Certificate III in youth work, community development/welfare, human services or related discipline or equivalent level of experience in social and community sector
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in undertaking the range of activities required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders including young people from diverse backgrounds
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)

**Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
