Sales Associate to Principal

We are currently searching for disciplined and motivated Lead Generation/Sales Associates to join a well-established, fast paced, Big Brand Agency located in the beautiful, beach side suburbs of Noosa. You will be supported with an experienced team of real estate professionals with great systems and processes in place for you to learn how to become a superstar agent They have a fantastic team culture and are looking for someone to step in and hit the ground running

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the agent
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Prospecting new customers through various channels including cold calling & door knocking
- Assisting with open homes and showcasing properties to potential buyers
- Managing potential buyers and their requirements
- Learning the skills required to become an independent agent
- Providing local area knowledge to clients
- Working as part of a team to achieve team goals
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new sales techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Passion for real estate and excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate/Licence is a requirement

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noosaville, QLD 4566: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
