**Title - Social Media Lead**

**Location - Sydney CBD**

**The Opportunity**

Calling all Social Media Leads. In this role, you will report into the Head of Social, and support with managing the team and lead our portfolio of clients.

**Main duties**
- Project manage and successfully deliver multiple end-to-end campaigns, from scoping, tracking, to setting, and managing deadlines and client expectations
- Be senior level client contact with mínimal guidance and establish and maintain effective relationships with key clients
- Lead client relationships and deliver best-in-class social always on program across leading travel, tourism, food and alcohol accounts
- Manage a team of social media managers, social assistants and content creators and be responsible for their capacity planning and support with coaching and career progressions
- Brief designers, content creators and organise content shoots
- Support the team with quick turnaround social ideas built on strong insights
- Support the team with the execution and implementation of social programs and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat
- Review social content, performance and reports delivered by the team
- Work closely with creative project leads, creatives, and creators within the agency to deliver award winning social campaigns
- Stay up to date with current trends, bring proactive ideas and upskill of the wider agency and clients on best practice social

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in social media (3-5 years of project management desired)
- Proven success in a client facing role within an agency
- Passionate about the social space and knowledgeable about platforms, formats and social creatives
- Experience managing a team and mentoring/ coaching others
