**About the Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Support & Warranty Officer to join our Toowoomba Support Office. You will be responsible for administrating the warranty claim process and provide consultation and training to the service department on all matters related to warranty.

**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:
**Warranty**:

- Process warranty claims for John Deere, Vermeer and all shortline products
- Work with Service Managers to ensure there are no expired OEM campaigns
- Receive previewed copies of completed work orders from the Service Departments, review invoice authorisation and process warranty claims
- Communicate to department management about warranty status on a regular basis

**Service Support**
- Assist management to identify, support and train the Service Departments throughout the Company in system processes
- Provide administrative support to the Service Departments
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
- Training and mentoring service staff

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- The right to work in Australia
- Experience in Service Department operations
- Ability to work with dealer software and manufacture warranty software system
- Ability to create, analyse, and interpret internal reports
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
