**Key Duties**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Collaborate with them to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- **Market Insights**: Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions in engineering technical services. Provide insights and recommendations to refine best practice recruitment strategies and stay competitive.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, measure success, and continuously improve the recruitment process.

**About you**:
To be successful you would need to demonstrate:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in talent acquisition, specifically within engineering technical services and ideally with in-house experience. Experience in a fast-paced, growing business environment is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with engineering roles, technical skills, and industry-specific requirements.
- **Drive & Initiative**: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take proactive steps to achieve recruitment goals.
