Courtyard by Marriott, Murdoch is planned to open February 2024, with the Food & Beverage Attendant roles commencing mid/late January 2024. If the hotel opening is delayed, the commencement of this role may also be delayed.

Position Summary:

- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Showcase your passion to our experienced travelers throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Support your passioante Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
