Analytics and strategic people insights is a high priority for Talent and Culture (T&C) at ANZ. This role will lead people data and analytics integration in alignment with a business merger - ensuring the merging people analytics data is fit for purpose and enables delivery of strategic people reporting and insights.

The Deliver Lead role is critical to making this happen and will

Collaborate with merger program, Technology, Data Governance, and key Talent &Culture Reporting/Analytics stakeholders on requirements to effectively merge and deliver collective requirements.
Establish project cadence and cohesive relationships to effectively deliver requirements to required timelines
Partner with Reporting and Analytics Leads, Analytics and Data Scientists to understand requirements and facilitate the development and delivery of required solutions
Partner with Metric Leads and Analysts to deliver optimal solutions and configuration of the data
Establish, effectively manage and lead direct and cross functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Coach and mentor team members
Actively contribute to the T&C Data, Analytics & Insights leadership team including contributing to the development of the team strategy
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across ANZ

Strong experience in a similar role within a large corporate environment
Business merger and HR Data knowledge and experience
A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset focused on solving businesses challenges with the data available
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships
Highly collaborative team player with the ability to develop, lead and manage effective cross-functional groups
Highly developed and outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to autonomously manage senior internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to work in and contribute to a high performing and collaborative team environment
A problem solver with the ability to think laterally in time critical situations
Self-directed with an aptitude to set priorities and work effectively to meet timelines
