UPI owns and operates direct theatrical marketing and distribution of feature films across Australia & New Zealand with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth & Auckland. The Creative Services executive position is within the Sydney based Marketing Team of over 20 people.

As the Creative Services Coordinator this role is responsible for supporting the creative services team in the development, localisation and servicing of all marketing related creative materials for Universal & WB film releases. With strong attention to detail and organisation skills this role focusses on managing deadlines, specifications and coordination of asset distribution.

**_ This internship is 3 days a week and runs from March 5th until 13th December 2024. You must be studying throughout 2024 and_**_ include a cover letter outlining why you would like to work for NBCUniversal and what you can bring to the role to be considered._**

This role would have a dual support function across both studios and primarily be responsible for the administration support of the creative team including:

- Specifications for all paid media & exhibition assets
- Co-ordination of deadlines with internal team and agency partners
- Downloading of assets
- Uploading of approved assets
- Distribution of approved assets to external stakeholders ie. Exhibition partners
- Distribution of approved assets to internal partners
- Creative rotation instructions to agency partners

**Qualifications**
- Impeccable administration and organisation skills;
- Ability to use design based programs would be a bonus (ie. Photoshop, Premiere Pro Video Editing, In Design)
- Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and an a eye for creative layout.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within team a environment;
- Creativity
