HOME SWEET HOME is one of Australia's fastest expanding Furniture and Bedding retailers experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are a successful company providing a friendly, rewarding and exciting work environment.

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Store Manager to join our team on a full time basis at our Brand New Store in Fyshwick (opening 2023).

Key responsibilities:

- Drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed company targets
- Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
- Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment
- Previous retail Management experience
- Ability to close the sale
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- High standards of in-store presentation
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Must be available to work weekends

HOME SWEET HOME offers its employees great working conditions in a high-performing environment with the ability to reward its employees with a 70 - 80k OTE, fantastic commission incentives and generous staff discounts.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
