**About the business**

Assemble Anything has been assembling furniture in the homes of Tasmanian's for over 10 years. We are proudly Tasmanian based and pride ourselves on taking the stress and worry out of Assembling Flat Packs.

Our business success is attributed to our outstanding customer service, extensive knowledge of flat pack products, ability to be innovative, adoption of latest job management software, but most of all - our highly motivated and skilled employees - and we need another

**About the role**

We are looking for someone who can work at least 3 days a week in our Hobart office, with an immediate start. There will be the opportunity to increase work hours potentially to full-time in the near future.

To avoid wasting time, we are only going to consider and then contact people who have experience, are exceptional, at Business administration or Project administration / management, in an office environment and can work as a team.

We employee around 13 people in Tasmania who you may need to be able to co-ordinate at any given time i.e. you need to be capable.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Updating and maintaining marketing platforms, including social media

Creating, then overseeing the daily job schedule of Assemblers, right through to invoicing

Data entry and electronic filing

General administrative duties to support management, as well as Project specific administration.

Developing relationships with existing clients and seeking potential new ones

Assist management with business development

To operate independently (is a must) and also as part of our team

To provide fantastic customer services (is a must) and must be well presented

Liaise with important clients in a professional and friendly manner

You will be presented with brand new projects, even just concepts, that you can express yourself on

**Skills**

Experience in sales/administration with a strong focus on customer service

Experience up dating and maintaining web based marketing platforms

Great communication skills is a must

Must have the ability to multi task and be flexible in the roles you are required to performwilling to wear multiple hats.

Must be able to follow instructions (literally) and show eagerness to learn new things - this is an exciting role

Must work well under pressure

Must be a organised person (in all aspects) and have excellent time management skills

Experience using Microsoft office (Word and Excel)

As we are an assembly service; an association with a trade either directly or indirectly would be advantageous (and or logistics)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hobart, TAS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
