The company also provides world-class service solutions for automation and interoperability with significant experience and capabilities in automation.- Epiroc is proud to be working in collaboration with Roy Hill to deliver an Automated Haul Truck Solution (AHS) project which will boost safety, productivity and operations. As leading global mining equipment and services productivity partner, Epiroc in partnership with automation specialist ASI, is set to convert Roy Hill’s mixed fleet of 78 haul trucks from a manned to an autonomous operation.- The mine automation program is focused on delivering increased safety, reliability, predictability, productivity; and operational excellence. Being a part of this project will be an opportunity to play a key role in the largest OEM-independent haul truck automation project in the world.- We are currently recruiting for a Technical Trainer to join our team of industry specialists to deliver this exciting and innovative project. This role will be based on site on a 8/6 roster working with an experienced, international team of experts.- Responsibilities will include:
- Engage with maintenance and operational teams to ensure streamlined customer support experience and training
- Provide extensive technical, product support training
- Delivering proactive services such as technical product training and safety, demo, delivering root
- cause assessments and providing tailored-made technical training and product support parameters guidance
- Collaboratively work with Team Leaders and Supervisors to ensure shift competency requirements are maintained
- Execute training and assessment in accordance with the schedule
- Ensure all training/assessment administration and record keeping is maintained to a high standard
- Development and/or review of training and assessment material.
- Ensure training compliancy is to standard
- Requirements:
- Cert IV Training and Assessing
- Experience in similar
- Extensive experience in the industry
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to liaise and train all levels**United. Inspired**.
