**Position Overview**: As a Roofing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the workflow of our roof restoration projects. You’ll oversee scheduling, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule roofing restoration projects, ensuring timelines are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to manage job progress.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
- Assist in preparing quotes and processing invoices.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a coordination or project management role, ideally within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of roofing systems and restoration processes is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
