We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Contract Property Inspector** to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This contract position focuses on the inspection and assessment of rental properties to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of rental properties to assess their condition, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, issues, and recommendations for property owners and management.
- Collaborate with property managers to address identified issues and facilitate necessary repairs or improvements.
- Conduct PCR, routine inspection and final inspections for the property.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property inspection or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge on property inspection software is essential.
