OFFICE MANAGER

Judds Engineering is looking for an experienced and exceptional Office Manager on a Full or Part Time basis to join our team.

Role and Responsibility
- Management of the administrative functions of the company
- Provide ongoing support to Director on a daily basis.
- Project administration which ensure achievement of business objectives
- Account management and stakeholder engagement
- Ad hoc administrative tasks to be performed as part of a team oriented culture such as answering phones, scanning and filing, Sales and customer liason
- Includes accounts receivable/payable work.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Xero desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do, team orientated attitude

Desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a team orientated culture
