**Salesforce platform support lead**

**As the Salesforce Platform Support Lead, your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing technical leadership and support for the Salesforce platform Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Managing escalated incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution Monitoring and addressing performance and availability issues
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce automation and integration tools Supporting end-users and their needs
- Implementing and maintaining security controls and access permissions
- Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials
- Managing the Salesforce platform support team and providing guidance and mentoring.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience in technical support for Salesforce platforms
- strong understanding of Salesforce technologies
- Experience with Salesforce security controls and access permissions
