The business is now seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture function. You will continue to drive capability, continuous improvement and people management for this organisation to encourage both innovation and progression.

As part of a small HR team, this role will be a true generalist position where you will support across the whole employee lifecycle, partner with the Head of P&C to build and execute the HR strategy and improve their HR processes within a relatively new HR function. You will also help in driving an excellent employee experience and increasing engagement.

Reporting into the Head of People & Culture the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Partnering with your client group to provide advisory support and strategic guidance to the Management team that aims to build capability;
- Supporting the roll out of strategic initiatives including HR projects, employee wellbeing, organisational redesign, health & safety, restructures, training and development;
- Support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to departure
- Leading cyclical activities including remuneration reviews, engagement surveys, development plans and corporate recruitment.

This role is a true business partnering role with a broad scope, allowing the opportunity to deliver strategic initiatives.

To be successful for the position you will offer:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with previous HR Business Partnering experience;
- Experience working within a corporate environment such as professional services, finance or technology;
- Proven ability to handle complex HR matters independently
- Ability to build authentic relationships and partner with key stakeholders with the capability to advise and influence;
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and part of a broader HR team;
- Possess a fantastic attitude that reflects an eagerness to grow and progress within the business.
