As a
**QMS Specialist** working with Global Quality Assurance Manager, your will help implement and develop Quality Management systems that meet Bradken's requirements. You will be responsible for providing support, managing the QMS platform, offering user training, handling reporting, providing technical support, and managing change.

You possess strong data analytical skills and can identify trends that require intervention. You have the ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows based on user needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the database, including cleansing, and managing duplicate records.

You come with strong consultative and presentation skills, collaborating with software vendors, Bradken IT, and other platform specialists to troubleshoot issues, deploy upgrades/changes and the likes. Additionally, you proactively conduct regular sampling of records to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

In your role, you can efficiently administer and optimize work processes. This includes managing user activation/deactivation, setting up sharing settings, roles, profiles, and groups. Additionally, you can seamlessly carry out tasks, such as configuring basic settings, creating custom objects and fields, modifying record types, page layouts, and related lists.

**Key Technical Criteria**
- Experience with Salesforce setup and configuration
- Experience understanding of requirements associated with ISO9001
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is desirable
- Experience in implementation, training and documentation preferred
- Data analytical skills and ability to escalate trends for intervention
- Ability to interpret and manipulate report data to different levels of audiences

**This role will be based either in Australia (Newcastle, Brisbane ) or India (Coimbatore)**
