- As the Head of Professional Services, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our government clients to achieve transformative social, economic, and environmental outcomes for their communities. Your leadership and expertise will drive the successful implementation of our technology solutions, fostering efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and execute the Government Professional Services strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Support Sales processes, including tender responses, demonstrating our commitment to providing exceptional services.
- Collaborate with others to evaluate existing systems, identify new trends and recommend improvements to drive innovation and enhance the segment's efficiency and profitability
- Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, develop, engage and retain top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, best practice and continuous learning
- Ensure Successful delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Effectively manage risk and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Develop and implement policies and practices for client implementation, including access management, data mapping, process documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and client training
- Directly lead the largest or most complex client implementations, ensuring successful project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress through status reports and meeting minutes, promoting transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
- Provide valuable client insights and feedback to the Marketing, Sales and Product development teams, contributing to the enhancement of our products and services

**More about you**:

- You have 5+ years' experience in a professional services leadership role
- You are familiar with industry standards, compliance requirements and regulations relevant to the Government sector
- You have strong written, oral communication skills, and are a strong collaborator who can work with individuals across all business areas to achieve joint outcomes
- You have mastered the ability to create and maintain a nurturing and collaborative environment, ensuring projects are initiated correctly and effectively so that they are set up for success
- Your extensive experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, complex environment has developed your skills to determine and drive the appropriate strategy for each project
- You can work with teams and stakeholders with significantly different interests to align them to one vision
- You demonstrate the ability to solve the complex operational challenges that a rapidly scaling business brings
- You have a proven track record of building and scaling high performance teams, including the ability to mentor and coach where/as required
- You have demonstrated ability to provide timely clear updates to senior stakeholders which facilitate critical decisions
- You have the grit, determination, and can push through adversity and setbacks. You can rise above the challenges and strive towards the outcome
