**Description**:
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Brand Manager role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As the Brand Manager at Pillow Talk, you will be a guiding influential contributor in the marketing campaign team, servicing both our bricks & mortar and eCommerce stores. You will specifically champion the brand reputation, values and positioning through your creativity, aesthetic eye and high-quality copywriting to inspire and connect with our existing and prospective customers. You will unearth opportunities for our bricks & mortar stores in the areas of traffic initiatives, centre promotions, store events, and influencers to tangibly contribute to sales and positive community engagement. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to elevate the full omnichannel creative output to ensure brand coherency and tonal alignment across all channels which also includes eCommerce content. This will extend to the production of marketing and promotional material such as large and small scale videos, radio, collateral, collaborations, and campaign assets to positively deepen Pillow Talk’s credentials and proprietary value to attract new customers and incentivise loyalty.
A bit about you...
5+ years of experience understanding brand strategy and the ability to deliver inspiring brand narratives which connect with key target audiences
Exceptional creative copy writing ability, with a keen eye for proof-reading, astute grammar and editing in long copy and short copy form
Demonstrated ability and passion for organic social media, with up to the minute understanding of the social landscape and role for branding
Strong commercial and retail acumen with experience leveraging relationships to negotiate added-value opportunities to drive sales
Natural ideating ability, offering proactive creative ideas and solutions
Highly developed organisational skills and time management needed to stay grounded and in control within a fast paced promotionally driven environment
Ability to run small events that have been directly attributable to awareness, attendance, advocacy and sales, is a plus
A strong communicator with superb written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated individual with the ability to lead and energise your team, and direct report
