**Join our team as a Bonds Analyst Officer**

**About the Role**:
**Position Purpose**:Are you detailed-oriented, with a passion for ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service? We’re seeking a dedicated Bonds Analyst Office to join our team and play a crucial role in managing bond lodgement, coordinating payment arrangements, and finalising accounts for both new and concluding tenancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure bond lodgement adhere to compliance standards and are executed in line with agreed terms for all new tenancies
- Manage the finalisation of accounts at the end of tenancy, including processing bond claims and determining outcomes
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders to ensure adherence to Rental Bond Board requirements and facilitate the recovery of funds owed to or by Hume
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration to facilitate the commencement and conclusion of tenancies, ensuring proper documentation management to support outcomes for both Hume and our customers
- Make reasonable efforts to recover funds from customers after the end of tenancy
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations related to tenancy management and workplace policies and procedures, including workplace health and safety both on-site and off-site.

**What we look for in you**:

- Awareness of legislation, policy and best practice relating to housing management and rent arrears management
- Accounting, Trust Accounting or Account Reconciliation experience
- Administration and Organisational skills and experience
- Experience in Tenancy Management
- Experience in the Social Housing sector
- Certificate IV Accounting/Bookeeping or other relevant experience _**(highly desirable)**_
- Real Estate accounting _**(highly desirable)**_
- NSW Driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
