**About the role**

Equans is seeking an experienced **Payroll Analyst** to deliver a short-term project identifying legislative superannuation and payroll tax changes. The role will be in our Fairfield office and report to the Equans Financial Controller. You will identify and analyse governance and legislative changes across superannuation and business Tax and be pivotal in the delivery of organisation wide changes to ensure compliance frameworks are aligned to Australian Taxation Office standards and regulations. This role will be responsible for gathering data and analytics to report on business process changes and requirements to meet governance best practice and safeguard the business in an ongoing capacity with embedded frameworks and processes. You will partner and collaborate with the Financial Controller and functional experts to analyse and recommend best practice and develop and deliver reporting to meet changing business needs whilst maintaining technical documentation.

**Technical qualifications and experience**
- Proven experience and knowledge of superannuation legislation, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Advanced excel capabilities
- HR/Payroll and Business data and analysis experience
- Ability to clearly define business requirements to meet Equans operational objectives
