Are you ready to shift into high gear as a Customer Service Officer / Licence Testing Officer? Get revved up and join our clients passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional service to Victorians on the road. This is your chance to be part of an exciting journey For this role you will need to be flexible to work between 3-5 days a week between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday - Friday and be comfortable to undergo a National Criminal History check along with a Licence Drivers History Check prior to commencement.

About the Role:

- Resolve registration & licensing customer enquiries and conduct driver licence testing and registration appointments.
- Drive exceptional service, efficiency, and compliance with policies and standards.

Your Responsibilities:

- Adhere to established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure strict compliance.
- Skilfully administer tests and evaluate learner drivers based on predetermined courses.
- Provide constructive and unbiased feedback to promote skill development.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service at the front counter, catering to diverse needs.
- Offer comprehensive information and assistance to customers.
- Display proficiency in cash handling, electronic payment processing, and end-of-year banking duties.
- Execute administrative tasks with precision, ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems.
