**About the Role**

A rewarding role in MLAs Knowledge and IP Transfer team (KIPT), support the KIPT team with day-to-day activities, IP coordination and proactive administration, management and reporting of IP and licensing activities protect and administer MLAs knowledge transfer and IP interests, aiming to seek strong adoption and reporting for MLAs investment.

**Our ideal IP Transfer Officer will**:

- Support the KIPT team with day-to-day activities, including: IP registration (trademarks, patents, copyright, etc) and proactive team administration, management and reporting of IP and licensing activities;
- Review, assess, work with and instruct attorneys to protect intellectual property;
- Coordinate and maintain MLAs IP licensing database;
- Assist with preparation and finalisation of commercialisation agreements and IP terms;
- Finalise documents for execution and seek execution for commercialisation agreements
- Administer and maintain MLAs IP and licensing database;
- Prepare material for commercialisation roadshows and promotion; and
- Research and develop information for new knowledge transfer models, business cases & strategies for potential products.
