We are actively seeking a meticulous Patent Assistant,possessing 2-3 years of experience, to join our Sydney team. Thisis a full-time , fixed-term position with the potential to become permanent. The role iscrucial for the efficient functioning of our Patent practice,offering hybrid work options to ensure both balance andflexibility.

Skills & Responsibilities

Manage high volumes of email correspondence and maintain electronic filing systems. Monitor deadlines and manage calendars efficiently. Engage in client and IP organization enquiries, maintaining a strong client service focus. Perform word processing, document preparation, and manage patent documentation. Utilize IP systems and software, like Inprotech and iManage, for patent scheduling and processing.
