**Your role**

Deliver Talent Acquisition operations for the Process and Technology Harmonisation (PaTH) Program including strategic end-to-end recruitment, and management of the Onboarding / Offboarding process for Contingent Labour and Vendor resources.

This position offers an opportunity to deliver Talent Acquisition and Resourcing deliverables for project resources, and experience managing this process throughout the program delivery lifecycle.

**What you’ll do**
- Provide advice and consultation to key stakeholders both internal and external to DCJ in regard to end to end recruitment and relevant legislation, onboarding and offboarding processes policy for contingent labour and vendor (PSC) assignments within the PaTH Program
- Monitor and seek feedback from key program stakeholders to continuously improve the implementation of attraction, selection, assessment, pipeline management, recruitment and onboarding / offboarding practices for the PaTH Program.
- Identify and analyse emergent resourcing issues, prepare reports and submissions, and present information to support workforce decision making for the Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Manager and/or PaTH PMO Director.
