**About the Role**
This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished professional in medical education. As the Clinical Supervisor/Clinical Lead at the Austin Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of physicians through teaching and curriculum development. Joining a dynamic team led by the Director of Medical Student Education, you'll have the chance to contribute to innovative curriculum design and mentor medical students, all within a collaborative and supportive environment committed to excellence in academic medicine.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate MD1 program, identifying tutors and experts.
- Deliver tutorials on medical interviewing, bedside tutorials, and clinical examination.
- Reflect on and improve MD curriculum and teaching resources.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You thrive working in a collaborative team and are adept at managing multiple demands simultaneously. Your exceptional communication skills bridge diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering strong relationships with staff, students, and clinicians.

You will also have:

- A medical qualification recognised in Victoria, Australia
- Previous teaching experience within the University/Hospital sector
- Demonstrated ability to enhance and promote teaching in the clinical environment.
- An established working relationship with administration, senior and junior medical staff at Austin Hospital, ONJCWC and Warringal Private Hospital
