**About the role**

This newly created role is part of a small, evolving team who provide support to our operational programs to deliver on key projects and business initiatives.

You will work closely with various teams within VMCH to identify challenges and improve efficiencies. Through consultation with key stakeholders, you will establish workable solutions, develop the necessary changes to procedures or work instructions, and lead the change management to embed them seamlessly into our operational programs.

**About you**

You have significant project/change management experience gained within a complex organisation and have worked with operational teams to deliver service improvements.

***In order to be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- Strong conceptual, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate staff through significant change
- Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Solid working knowledge of project management methodology
