We are currently hiring a **Student Services Officer** at our Adelaide Campus.

**(Full-time/ Part-time)**

The tasks may include (but is not limited to):

- To provide the first point of contact and the first impression for Mercury Colleges' customers
- Receive and direct clients at Reception
- Proactively assist in maintaining the neat and clean look of the campus
- Assist in orientations and campus activities
- Log and monitor student attendance, preparing reports as required
- Collecting, organising and maintaining student records on Wisenet and PRISMS
- Processing enrolment adjustments, withdrawal, and other administrative tasks such as timetabling and leave of absence
- Liaise with Marketing, Compliance and Administration Department to continuously improve student experience

Start date**:Early January 2023**
- Previous administration or student services experience in RTO
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A confident understanding of the Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills who can streamline processes to ensure a positive and seamless student experience
- Extensive knowledge of and experience working with the ESOS Act, National Codes applicable in the international student sector
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously

Priority consideration will be given to applicants with RTO experience and experience using specific CRM software, such as Wisenet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
