Melbourne, Australia Country Road Group Full time

**The role**

To provide supervision to teams and effectively allocate tasks and review work progress for the effective operation of the OFC across various functions including, picking, online, inbound, outbound and VAS.

**Key responsibilities**

Use software packages to create and operate database file structures, spread sheets and the use of RF scanning devices;

Receiving and despatching online orders and stock into and from the Omni Fulfilment Centre;

Generate, create and maintain reports;

Use non - licenced material handling equipment;

Picking, packing of online orders and /or stock into and from the Omni Fulfilment Centre;

Use of pick to light and pick to voice;

Stock counting and control;

Value Added Services (VAS), including but not limited to reprising, store ready services, steaming, cushion inserts, floor ready processes;

Basic computer operation associated with the above tasks;

Maintain a vigilant and focussed approach to workplace health and safety within individual work areas;

Previous experience in a warehousing/logistics environment;

Previous experience leading/managing people;

Retail experience beneficial;

Experience in working in large teams;

Experience working in a fast paced environment;
