Your new role:
NAB Connect allows customers to manage their Business Banking accounts seamlessly on the go

Working in the Connect Servicing team you will be responsible for the education and service of NAB’s business customer with everything account related.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Helping to educate and service NAB’s business banking customers.
- A strong focus on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
- Identify cross sell opportunities when assessing customers financial needs and refer to the appropriate specialists.
- Adherence to Industry Code of Practice.

NAB are recruiting multiple positions within the Eastern Suburbs at NAB’s Knox Hub

For the first 8-10 weeks you will be training and learning on the job Monday - Friday 9-5pm, onsite at 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South 3152.

Once you have graduated from your training and are proficient in the role, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of a hybrid working arrangement. Shifts will be on a rotating roster between 7:30AM - 8:00PM
