**The role on offer**:
Reporting into the Senior Executive Producer - Parenting and Kids Entertainment, we are looking for a **Podcast Producer** who wants to create premium podcasts as a part of our high-performing Sydney team. If you are passionate about podcasting and want to work within Australia's most exciting Audio ecosystem, then this opportunity is for you.

**Make no mistake, we are after the best. To be successful, you will**:

- Be an avid podcast consumer with a broad understanding of the podcast landscape.
- Have specific interest/experience in producing content for a parenting audience and/or children’s audience.
- Have at least 12 months paid commercial experience in audio/podcast production.
- Have experience in setting up and managing audio recording sessions.
- Have experience in audio editing software, preferably Pro Tools & a working knowledge of podcast hosting platforms, preferably OMNY.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, capable of identifying, researching and sourcing excellent and relevant talent.
- Have a talent for generating innovative ideas, constructing narratives and a great understanding of what makes good storytelling.
- Have a talent for scripting, directing and editing vocal recordings, able to critique audio for different purposes.
- Be an excellent and confident communicator, collaborative, consultative, and able to get the best out of creative talent.
- Possess excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise concurrent deadlines.
