**Mental Health Observation Area - PSOLIS Clerk**

**Permanent Part-time (42 hour’s fortnight)**

**About the Role**

As a PSOLIS Clerk, you will be responsible for all clerical duties within the Department and undertake all identified tasks and duties as part of a team that works collaboratively and cooperatively, sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer.

What we are looking for:
Essential:

- Working knowledge of PSOLIS
- Knowledge of Meditech information system
- Experience with Microsoft Office package, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
- Flexible work availabilities to work across a 7 day shift roster
- Initiative, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and customer service
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work part of a team or independently
- Demonstrated commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values

Desirable:

- Working knowledge of PSOLIS

**Requirements**:
