White Horse Ranch is a well established locally owned café located in Albany Creek. We aim to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and serve amazing food to our loyal customers.

We are currently looking for an amazing cafe manager to join our fantastic team. We are seeking an experienced super star with a positive attitude, awesome customer service skills and an all round hard worker.

This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate and driven manager, to lead a great team in a positive and fun work environment. We are looking for a manager with a great attitude that leads by example within a supportive workplace. You will be in charge of daily operations, carrying out the best customer service, rostering, hiring, training, inventory management and meeting budgets. Must be available to work weekends.

**What you can bring**:

- At lease two years management experience
- Experience managing a team on a daily basis
- Proven track record hitting KPI'S
- Ability to manage and a praise staff in a team and individual setting
- Understanding of rostering, inventory controls, labour management and P&L reporting is desirable however can be taught
- Passionate about customer service
- Kind supportive attitude towards your team
- Ability to work towards and achieve targets
- A Can do and hard working attitude

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
