Workforce Analyst

The Strategy & Performance team is responsible for driving a clear articulation of the Technology strategy, delivering transparency to the business and key stakeholders to promote accountability, and are recognised as a business partner able to identify, and deliver on solutions.

**In this role**

You will be responsible for the management and continual improvement of a seamless hiring process maintaining an up to date and accurate workforce database, plan, and strategy. You will be required to partner with various stakeholders across the business including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology Leadership to name a few.

Other responsibilities will include
- Tracking of progress for vacancies, approvals, fulfilment, and onboarding of resources within the Business Banking (BB) Technology
- Ensuring awareness of and adherence to correct people processes such as recruitment guardrails & approvals
- Facilitating/attending regular governance and approval reviews with senior leadership, providing challenge and insights as appropriate
- Working with BU Partners to update and maintain the Workforce Plan and associated reporting and analysis
- Providing reporting expertise utilising multiple data sources for various stakeholders
- Supporting and enabling the workforce strategy
- Preparing reporting & governance including workforce dashboard, insights, and analysis
- Escalating as appropriate any risks, issues, or conflicts as necessary
- Advocating continuous improvement principals to drive better outcomes across BU

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**
- Demonstrated experience in Workforce planning
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills with strong influencing and interpersonal abilities Proven experience in managing large data sets and teams who
- operational processes
- Demonstrated experience with the provision of insights to enable senior business leaders to make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisation and planning skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is advantageous
