Centenary State High School seeks a focussed and committed inclusion teacher to join our school teaching team, delivering on our vision of Quality Learning, Quality Futures.
Our school actions are underpinned by our values, Aspiration, Commitment and Community. Centenary SHS is an inclusive Positive Education school with our daily work underpinned by the science of wellbeing and the principles of Positive Psychology.

The role of inclusion teacher at Centenary SHS includes advocacy for our identified diverse learners and may include co-teaching with colleagues in a supported classroom environment.
Our Inclusive Practices Team includes a Deputy Principal - Inclusion, inclusion teachers, and specialist inclusion teacher and teachers in a variety of areas including Visual Impairment.
This role is mainly focussed on supporting diverse learners within years 7-10.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. Pre-service/graduate teachers must have been granted provisional registration prior to commencing employment as a teacher. For more information regarding registration requirements, please CLICK HERE
- In addition to registration, teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services. For more information on blue cards and exemption cards, please CLICK HERE.
