- 2-month contract, 3 days a week, support new payroll system implementation

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to join a dynamic and top-tier government tourism department. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work in a close-knit team to ensure the timely processing of multiple pay runs for over 200+ staff across the organisation.

**What you will be doing**
- You will support the Snr Payroll Officer & Finance Manager, including but not limited to BAU payroll processes, implementation/testing, troubleshooting and/or new system training sessions for the organisation

**About you**
- 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with experience with either Attache’ or ELMO
- Sound understanding of Payroll Legislation
- Ability to interpret awards and agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with advanced Excel abilities
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
