Land development projects of various sizes, and to a lesser degree commercial and institutional works, are their key focus across the Ipswich, Somerset, Scenic Rim, and Lockyer Valley regions.

They are now on the hunt for a Civil Designer with a background in subdivision design to join the team due to the on-going growing demand for their services.

**The Role**
As the Civil Designer, your role will be to do exactly that, draft and design elements of civil projects. The objective of this position is to alleviate the workload of the Senior Engineer and absorb a range of civil design/draft tasks.

You should expect to undertake the following:

- Drafting in AutoCAD
- Designing in Civil 3D or 12D
- Working collaboratively with the engineers to ensure sound project outcomes
- Liaising with local councils as required

**You**
To be successful in the role you will have the following:

- Competent user of either Civil 3D or 12D
- Competent user of AutoCAD
- Experience in subdivision design including roads and drainage
- High level of attention to detail when producing drawings
- Ability to produce professional and effective written communication

We are open to either a
**part-time **or a
**full-time arrangement** as well as a
**hybrid model **to accommodate a reasonable amount of WFH time.
