What does the job look like?

As the AM Linehaul Allocator, you will play a crucial role in our Intermodal team based in Laverton North VIC, ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner. With your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask you will support our team by allocating, route planning, and dispatching deliveries. This role is on the AM Shift working 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday with any overtime as required. Key areas:

- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions and building positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to manifests, delivery schedules and compliance.
- Maintaining regular contact with our customer to keep them updated and well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or changes that will impact them.
- Completing Yard checks and meeting Safety KPI's.
