About the role

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will manage stock procurement, scheduling, and fleet allocation, which includes linehaul and metro haulage services to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Duties

Fielding and resolving enquiries within an appropriate time frame. Providing first-call resolution whilst addressing customer expectations. Daily schedule management to achieve service outcomes. Monitoring Visy stock levels at third-party sites (3PP) to ensure all stock is correctly accounted for and returned on time. Booking freight for both supplies collected arrangements and return of Visy’s own stock held at third-party sites. Monitoring progress of logistics execution and resolving issues. Clearly communicating with all stakeholders to ensure operational delivery.

What you will bring to the team

Prior experience in a similar role or field. Strong administrative and exceptional customer service experience. Technically savvy with solid computer skills. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders. Be a highly motivated, driven, and organised individual who masters the art of prioritising.
