About The Job

We are seeking a Division Manager who will be responsible for developing & owning the strategy for the Energy Division. The position needs to transform the business and have a strong connection with our customers. You will drive initiatives, create plans with customers and develop new technology adoption while at the same time of keeping a strong day to day business focus.
- Set the strategy for the division in order to ensure growth, efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and employee development
- Focus on increased digitalization and creating a data driven sales organization
- Be the visible face for Clean & Sustainable Technologies for the Energy Division in Oceania
- Develop a clear strategy for Future growth within Clean Tech and Sustainability areas. Leading change management to adapt to new market demands
- Be able to independently interact at a high level with relevant Public industry associations & Customer’s organization including Channels & Key accounts
- Develop clear Channel Strategy for Sales of standard Products within Oceania.
- Responsibility for following compliance with Corporate Governance for the Business and Organization
- Continue the development of profitable growth by managing, executing and monitoring business development, sales and service activities.
- Forecast sales and budgets, and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets
- Be an active participant & Contributor in the Oceania Management Team. Owning and driving cross functional projects and activities
- Collaborate with local and central business units across Alfa Laval in business area of responsibility.
- Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the Energy Division strategy.
- Closely Collaborate with Energy Service Sales Organization & Businesses within Oceania
- Lead, motivate and coach direct reports to drive high performance
