As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving a People Centric talent experience (PX), ensuring that the Talent Acquisition team are proactively identifying, attracting, and selecting the right talent to meet our business needs and positively influencing AGL brand as an Employer of Choice. Supporting our Integrated Energy, Corporate and Technology leaders, you will help shape talent for the future in order for AGL to meet our strategic goals.

Key accountabilities of this role

You will support the Head of Talent Acquisition in building a strong Talent Acquisition brand that results in positive impact on culture, innovation, and financial results. You will embrace and drive process/system optimization, encourage a learning culture across the team, and leverage data/SME market knowledge to create meaningful insights for our leaders. You will have joint accountability with Head of Talent Acquisition for FY budgeting (labour and non-labour).

Qualifications, key skills, and experience required

The Talent Acquisition Lead will need the following expertise to be successful in role:
- Proven people leadership, including leading through significant change agendas.- Experience in Workforce Planning and executing against capability programs.- Demonstrated experience of building and maintaining strong business partnerships to Executive General Manager level- Growth mindset, proactively seeking new ways to ‘level up’ our function.- Brand Ambassador, leveraging social media platforms to promote personal and AGL brand.- Strong Analytics capability - able to run complex reports, interpret data and provide insights.- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.- Solutions focused approach to problem solving.- Project leadership and successful execution, ideally agile methodology experience.- Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
