About the role

The Receiving Supply Officer is responsible for the ongoing intake of stock and ordered goods into the hospital warehouse. This is a FT role requiring a high level of organisation, good physical fitness and the ability control the flow of incoming stock

**Your main duties will include**:
Coordinating the unloading of stores from incoming supplier vehicles
Ensuring that stock is quickly located to the correct storage location within the warehouse
Assisting with picking of stock to fill orders
About you
A good understanding of warehouse functions and procedures.
Knowledge of hospital theatre consumables and suppliers.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare supply environment.
Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience using an inventory management system.
Highly organised and ability to work under pressure.
General understanding of Hazardous Goods procedures.
