**About Your Role**:
As the Head of Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of Unita’s growth and innovation. This isn’t just another marketing role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our brand and make a significant impact on the business. You’ll lead the evolution of our marketing function, crafting and executing bold strategies that drive national and local success. Your work will span brand management, customer experience, strategic partnerships, communication, and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs. This role is perfect for a visionary marketer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead with both creativity and precision.

**What Your Days Will Look Like**:

- Operate seamlessly across both strategy and execution, delivering impactful marketing results on both national and local scales.
- Shape and enhance our customer experience, and develop programs to capture customer insights and enhance satisfaction.
- Own the brand strategy, guiding the business on brand usage, and setting clear guidelines to prevent inconsistencies. You'll be the guardian of Unita's brand, ensuring it resonates powerfully across all channels, internally and externally.
- Leverage your strong background in analytics and data management to drive informed decisions that maximise marketing impact and ROI.
- Champion the value of marketing across the organisation. Work with Unita’s teams to understand their strengths and USP, and how to leverage it for growth.
