**About the Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Service Repair Technician to work in our Repair Centre in Eastern Creek, NSW. The Service Repair Technician will effectively diagnose, and repair returned products in accordance with the company manufacturer’s warranty and ACCC regulations to support best in class customer experience.

If you have a technical/mechanical aptitude and mindset and enjoy repairing electronic or mechanical products this is your opportunity to become a trained service technician working with market leading brands

**Reporting to the NSW Service Manager your duties will include**:

- Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis.
- Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshooting faults in power tool products and equipment.
- Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible.
- Ensure product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer.
- Provide support and feedback to service operations, compliance, and quality departments.
- Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
- Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures.
- Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.

**What you will bring**:

- A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to set KPI’s and self-manage time.
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
