- To provide quality administration and client service to financial advisers, fund members, and employer representatives for designated IOOF products.It does not matter if you don’t have any experience in financial services, as we’ll be sure to teach you everything you need to know. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Transact Helpdesk line (phone calls) -assisting employers
- Website support
- Transact Data checking
- Contributions and deposits
- Maintenance
- New Business
- Reporting and account fixes
- Adviser and client query resolution (in conjunction with the relevant Service Centre
- Basic understanding of Superannuation and investments is desirable
- A team player
- Strong customer focus
- Take ownership and responsibility for own actions
- Identifies issues and process improvement opportunities and follows through with well thought out solutions.
- Expresses and shares ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to learn and maintain relevant technical superannuation and industry knowledge.
- Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks.

- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assist with additional duties as required.
