Z Recruitment is a technology business that provides a casual staffing solution for the childcare industry through our purpose built tech. As a product based business, we offer the childcare industry a competitive alternative to using Recruitment Agencies. Our team of Talent Advisors are responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training, induction and ongoing support of our casual workforce across NSW, Vic and Qld.

We are a solutions based organisation in a significant growth phase going from strength to strength. Our goal is continuous improvement to the solution we provide, as we continue to build upon our technology and further expand into the market on a national and international scale.

**About you**:
You'll have a
**minimum** of 12 months experience in a Recruitment related role. You'll be passionate about creating relationships during a recruitment process, with key stakeholders and internally with your peers.

Ideally, you will thrive in a highly collaborative environment and be adaptable to an organisation that is both dynamic and growing rapidly.

Problem solving will be first nature to you as an individual and you'll have a strong creative flair and the ability to think outside the box.

You'll be process driven, with a strong capability to manage a high volume of competing tasks and be adaptable to a working environment that is high volume in nature and outcomes focused.

**About the role**:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Connecting with applicants that are enquiring about casual work and the Z Recruitment technology
- Organizing internal interviews
- Conducting Reference and Compliance Checks
- Keeping the CRM up to date at all times
- Manage a portfolio of new hires and be their key point of contact to ensure they are both supported and engaged.
