As a globally recognised manufacturer and supplier of specialist componentry, we are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to manage the accounts receivable function of the Australian operations of this international business.
As a Credit Controller, you will be key member of our friendly and supportive finance operations team, ensuring the seamless flow of the credit function.
With your ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, key responsibilities include:
- Allocating debtor payments and overseeing accounts receivable operations for 350+ active accounts.
- Developing effective collection strategies, reducing delinquent accounts.
- Performing daily bank reconciliations for accurate financial tracking.
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies, issuing necessary adjustments.
- Regularly reporting on Ageing Debtor profiles and collection progress.
- Collaborating with teams to manage customer requests and account information.
- Identifying and addressing inconsistencies, proposing corrective actions.
- Assisting in new debtor account opening processes and maintaining records.
