**Role Description**:
**Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) is well known for matching Apprentices and Trainees with businesses across Australia. We help mentor and support Australians through vocational education pathways.**:
As an Information Technology (IT) Trainee you will be the first point of contact for phone-calls relating to all internal IT issues within the organisation. You will be mentored in this role in the daily operations and processes.

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Manage customer IT issues via phone call and face-to-face
- Manage accounts across multiple systems
- Provide basic advice or training to a user
- Gather information from customers and create tickets
- Complete basic tickets in the day
- Escalate tickets to higher levels
- Assist new employees with first time login
- Setup and assign loan IT equipment for users.
